There’s no pump, so it’s harder to use. The lid was broken easily. One week after I bought it, my cleaner dropped it on the ground and the lid was broken. More than half of the shampoo leaked out and the remaining shampoo lasted for only one more week.

Great Product

Is great for color treated fine hair and doesn’t weigh your hair down. Also smells amazing. I was introduced to Shu about 3 years ago and I try other products but always come back. I use with the reset conditioner.

Obsessed

This shampoo, paired with the condition is hands down the best shampoo on the market. I have colored lightened hair and this product has saved my hair from becoming a crispy mess. It’s spendy however a little bit goes a long way. It lathers beautifully and leaves my hair feeling so clean! I’m definitely hooked and will never be able to use anything else.

I love the shampoo (not the price!) but I will be buying a full sized bottle because it worked so well for my wavy and coarse hair Asian hair. It's been incredibly humid here and my hair was never been smoother. And, with the humidity, I needed something to actually wash my hair of sweat and oils. I'm not a fan of the fragrance (mature floral) but it fades so I'm happy with that. I like the hair mask but felt that I've had hair masks (like Milbon) that work similarly.

Clean and renewed

The products I use in my hair are cleaned off my hair. My hair is less frizzy and also has less flyaways. Using this shampoo I can actually get an extra day before I need to wash my hair if I wanted as it doesn't get as oily as quick. The shampoo isn't a thick shampoo but average texture.

Works great, Like a Clarifier

It's very good but not the best

Excellent for pool damaged hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to see this in my mailbox. We've tried products from this brand before and been very pleased. We're coming to the end of summer and spending five out of seven days in the pool- so needless to say hair in our house is very damaged. Often stiff and sticky with damage from the chlorine. Repairing shampoo

Very moisturizing, powerful scent

Cleans well, but kind of drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultimate Reset shampoo is silky smooth, smells good and a little goes a long way. I wet my hair really well applying a grape size amount to my natural mixed textured curly medium length hair. It lathers and cleanse well, but left my hair feeling a bit stripped and frizzier than usual. I wasn't to happy the shampoo contained sulfates. Having dull dry, fragile and frizzy hair I try to avoid these ingredients being they tend to dry and irritate my scalp. The shampoo is great at cleansing and leaves no residue behind, but isn't for my hair type.

Strong masculine scent

The shampoo has an extremely strong scent that doesn't really work w any of the conditioner I own so you would need to use the same line and I think it's way to high of a price point for what it offers. It is a nice consistancy and it washes out well but I don't see enough of a difference to justify the price point. The sample size was enough for about two shampoos for me which means I would only get about 8 washes from a full size bottle.

BRILLIANT COMBO WITH CONDITIONER

I actually reviewed the conditioner as the shampoo. They are both high quality ingredients. Just began using on my highlighted extensions. Use to use Colour Shampoo & Conditioner so I thought would try this combo for even healthier hair since I put more products in my extensions. Appears to leave my hair smooth, refreshed, healthy and stronger. When my own hair which is long and fine is without extensions I alternate with the colour combo & Murato combo which I love. Shu truly ROCKS!!

deeply moisturising to dry brittle hair

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very enriching and moisturising shampoo. Thick and lush with beautiful high-end packaging. This shampoo worked very well with my dry brittle hair with damaged ends. Despite having low porosity hair, this sunk in beautifully into the the hair cuticle. I had shiny, soft and buttery hair afterwards, lot of slip afterwards when I was running my fingers through my hair when usually it is quite rough and my fingers catch tangles along the hair. My hair felt stronger afterwards, not crunchy and I had less fallout during the week after shampooing. Really seals up broken and rough hair with a lot of split ends.

A strong scented shampoo

Best Shampoo for Dry Hair!

A little of this product will go a long way which is great especially since this a bit more pricey. Within the first use I was able to feel a noticeable difference in the texture of my hair. Loved it but contains sulfate

The aroma is incredibly perfumey, and it lathers up like a dream! A little squirt goes a long way. Gentle and Effective

It had a light scent and was more moisturizing than most shampoos I've used. The only thing is that the bottle is a bit slippery when trying to use it in the shower.

Great for damaged hair

Great shampoo

I have dry-damaged hair and I used this shampoo for 2 weeks. My hair felt soft, smooth and shiny. My hair was more manageable and less frizzy. The scent was unique and enjoyable. I really enjoyed using this product so far.

Great restorative shampoo

I could easily comb through my hair when I got out of the shower even without using a conditioner. I also noticed that my hair was a lot less frizzy. My hair looked longer, sleek and shiny. I'll definitely keep using this shampoo.

Instant improvement of hair

Sleek and chic

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I felt very bougie receiving the SUP ultimate reset shampoo to try out for a honest review. The packaging is beautiful, sleek and eye catching which I appreciate. I couldn’t figure out what was the light scent of this shampoo but I noticed my hair smelled fresh till my next wash. My hair does get dry and damaged with the cold weather and keeping my hair up so wanted something that would add life to my hair again. And this product did exactly that. I did notice after first use that my hair did feel refreshed and lightweight. The shampoo clarified my hair in the sense that extra product buildup and oil were stripped and I was left with clean, light and Noticeably softer hair. I really enjoyed this product so far as I saw a difference in my hair after a week of use.

Shu Uemura Ultimate Reset Shampoo

Great Smell, makes hair soft

Super soft and shiny hair

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After using this shampoo and conditioner for a week my hair feels very soft and hydrated, even after blow drying. Hair stays soft and shiny for days after washing. The only negative thing I can say is that it leaves a very strong scent, even after rinsing and styling. I love how hydrated my hair feels after using though so I will continue using this product as part of my regular hair care and maintenance.

Amazing results !

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After using the SUP ultimate reset shampoo for 3 times , I can honestly say that this shampoo really works for damaged hair . My hair was brittle and out of shape . Also it had no shine to it which was a direct cause of chemically treating my hair . But this shampoo really made a difference in the overall appearance of my hair . Its sooo soft after the first time i wash it with SUP shampoo . My husband ( who never comments on my hair ) even asked if I did something new to my hair . I love its smell . Also the packaging is really chic which is something I look for when buying my beauty products either hair or makeup .

Leaves hair soft and smelling fantastic

It is a very fragranced product but not overwhelming, smells more like a perfume which personally I love. A little goes a long way I have very long hair and didn’t have to use much product.
