Healthy hair

It is giving life to my baby fine, thin, color treated hair! My hair was looking dry and brittle at the ends even after a trim, it only takes a small amount of the primer before each blow dry to make such a big difference. My hair looks healthy again!

I used to have the Resistance Ciment Thermique blowdry primer, but this heat protectant works better with the frizz, my hair is coarse, but with this product i find is way better to style. My hair has been improved a lot with the Extensioniste line, the shampoo is the best! I wish this heat protectant can have a bigger size, i have to style my hair twice a week and my hair is very long because of it, so i have to replenish more often. I loooove Kerastase, my hair only loves this brand, it was created for my type of hair <3 <3 <3

Finally, A Subtle Fragrance Blow Dry Cream

I am using this cream on the mid length and ends before blow drying and styling. It is lightweight and has a subtle scent, does not weight hair down nor leave hair fragrant. I feel it protects the ends without being heavy or flattening the hair. I will often add one pump of the elixir oil. My hair does hold a style when using this product.

Sacred me at first! But it works!!

I really like the results are received from this product. I was a little nervous at first because after adding the cream to my hair it seem to weigh my hair down. I have very thick hair that gets oily and dirty fast if I use the wrong products or use too much of them. After blow drying and flat Ironing, I wrapped my hair and the next morning my hair was actually is very light and flowy. It’s like the protectant actually absorbs in your hair. I’ll be adding this to my hair routine.

Works with the Set

If you are wanting to use this product without also using at least the extentioniste shampoo and conditioner, I would recommend using one of the other thermiques (keratin, nectar or ciment). If you are wanting to see improvement in length and health, and also use some of the other extentioniste products, I can honestly say this works. I have used this product for at least 8 months, but not in a complete routine until 4 months ago. I have thick, naturally curly hair which is cut in layers/highlighted every 8 weeks, and I typically blow dry straight with a round brush. I have seen improvement in overall health and shine, and recently, have seen exceptional increase in growth. I wash my hair with the extentioniste shampoo, towel dry, apply the extentioniste masque, and most recently steam my hair while using my facial steamer (10-15 min), massaging the hair and scalp. I then rinse, towel dry, apply the extentioniste serum, massage in, and then apply the extentioniste thermique (I may or may not blow dry at this point). This seems extensive, but I have noticed by doing this routine, I now only have to wash my hair (and do the process) on Sundays and Wednesdays, without any need for dry shampoo. 2020 was enough to make me realize this investment in myself is truly worth it—and is actually cheaper than the years of neglect and throwing fixes at my neglected hair (expecting miracles of my stylist every 8 weeks). I look great year round, and am protecting the investment I make every time I go to my stylist. This is the longest review I have ever written.

Love this product line.

I am thrilled with the Kerastase Resistance line. I'm using the shampoo, conditioner, and thermal protection. Not My Favourite Product from this Line

I've enjoyed the Serum and Masque from this line but did not see the same results from this product. I found my hair more difficult to brush and I'm sure it offered some heat/styling protection but did not find it added anything to the length. I'm going back to Discipline for this one!

I love the whole Extentioniste line!

I use this primer after I shampoo my hair with Bain Extentioniste Shampoo and use Extentioniste conditioner. I apply it on my towel dried hair, air dry and then straighten it. My hair is pretty thick and this primer makes it smooth and sleek. I love the scent too. Perfect addition to my hair routine!

Packaging is poor quality

Very disappointed. For the second time the cap snapped off my new thermique leave in treatment. I only used it a few times and it’s broke. Now I can’t travel with it. Please revisit the packaging of your products. I have read other similar complaints. The product itself is Effective however I’m willing to explore other luxury brands.

It was ok

I tried a few Moreno times and added a little less each round. The scent is ok, it's not my favorite. It reminds me of walking by a hair salon. It smells inexpensive. This is a wonderful product and would highly recommend it, the packaging though is not good. I tried to close the cap and it broke so easily. This is the second time I’m having this issue with the specific Kérastase packaging. It is so annoying to pay that money and then have a broken product on my vanity. Princess shiny locks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I'm really impressed with the Kerastase RÉSISTANCE Extentioniste Thermique Blow Dry Primer! My hair is getting pretty damaged from my addiction to bright blonde highlights... and the rainbow unicorn colors that preceded it also required bleach. My locks are looking pretty dull and feeling extra dry which translates to tangles galore and lots of broken ends. I've been hunting for a product that will smooth it out, hydrate, and have some detangling power before I resort to cutting it into a bob. Luckily, the Kerastase has me putting the scissors down! The good: easy to use cream formula that distributes evenly and effortlessly through my long hair, light scent that disappears quickly, hydrating, detangling power that lasts until my next wash, immense shine payoff The bad: I needed to use a lot more product than I anticipated for full results, no protection against humidity frizz, doubled drying time of my most damaged areas (but I suppose that's also evidence that it's working!) Overall, I'm really impressed with this blow dry primer. I have a pretty low maintenance beauty routine, so the fact that this single product could get me from shower to dry hair results I was pleased with was pretty perfect to me. Ensuring that my hair is protected while I heat still to prevent further damage is a great bonus.

Amazing blow dry treatment

Wortg trying!

Healthier hair!
