Silicone causing weaker roots
Like this shampoo, it has an impressive list of ingredients, the thing that might be causing the hair fall for some people is it
shows “Amodimethicone” way up on the ingredients list which is a silicone used in conditioner, it might not cause greasy hair or fall out, if it might be excluded, a humble request to kerastase to please remove amodimethicone from the shampoo, as this defeats the purpose of making the hair roots stronger.

Happy Hair
I was introduced to this product last year on a California cruise. Shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling very clean and light. I don’t have to use a lot and I don’t have to wash my hair often to have it feel soft and healthy.

BE CAREFUL CREATINE IS PROVED TO MAKE HAIR FALLEN
I naively bought this shampoo after seeing youtube reviews and reading reviews. Taurine is supposed to make your hair grow and it is very high in the ingredient list. However I knew that creatine makes your hair fall (creatine like testosterone goes on DHT receptors and induce baldness) but still gave this shampoo a try thinking the taurine will be good to grow my hair. Normally I use bain densite however as soon as I switched to bain extensioniste thinking naively that I could alternate the both shampoos to make my hair grow faster, I started to regret sooo much my decision. It made me lost soooo much hair in the shower even without brushing it wet, just in using my finger to delicatelly comb it I could see TONS of hair fall my hands were full of hair. I got so scared it happened the 2 times I used it. Why do you use creatine in your shampoo when it is proved to induce baldness ???? I will never ever of my life try this shampoo again, I go back to Kerastase bain densite / densifique shampoo but I am so angry after Kerastase for all the hair I have lost, and it makes me soooo sad and want to cry everytime I see myself in the mirror. I just hope it will grow back very soon because it ruined my self confidence. Remove creatine from some of your shampoos !

Love
Love this product. I only got the small travel size because I only wash my hair once a week and wanted to try it before buying the bigger bottle but I’ve always only used drugstore shampoos and I could notice a huge improvement in my hair even after one use! The product even smells, looks and feels better when using. I’ve only been able to use it a few times so I haven’t noticed a drastic change in the length yet however the feel and texture has already improved

Grear shampoo
It is a good shampoo. I was skeptical because I'd always have use creamy ones. This one has god fragance, and leave the hair clean and smooth ready for conditioner or mask.

Qualité-prix
Pour le prix, je pensais que le produit venait en plus grosse quantité. Aussi, il faut utiliser beaucoup de shampoing lors d’un lavage car il ne s’étale pas très bien dans les cheveux et ne fait pas beaucoup de mousse. Je suis un petit déçu niveau qualité-prix.
Par contre, j’adore le fondant extentioniste!

J’ai acheté la gamme complète qui m’as été proposé et pour de vrai j’adore, moi qui est des cheveux vraiment mince et qui on de la difficulté à pousser habituellement en même pas 3mois, mes cheveux on pousser le double !!

Creme de La creme
I used to use all kerastase products before and I switched for a while. Recently I re ordered this shampoo along with hair mask in the black container and ciment thermique and it made me realize that I should have never stopped using kerastase. My hair is softer than ever and more shiny! Kerstase really is the crème de La crème

Smells great
I purchased this a few weeks ago. I switched over from the genesis anti hair fall line because this was suggested when I did the hair diagnosis tool on their webpage. It is supposed to also prevent hair fall as well but I don't think it works as well as the genesis product line, my hair is moderately damaged from when I had bleached my hair 3 years ago and I do have hard water. I also noticed with the previous product it did take almost 2 months to start working so i am hoping that after a few more washes it will start preventing hair falling out as well. They are pricey but the last bottle lasted me 7-8 months( I wash my hair once a week) Other than that I think its a great shampoo, smells nice, makes my hair look great without making it greasy or dry.

Pas pour tous types de cheveux
Malheureusement après 1 an d’utilisation des 3 produits ( bain, revitalisant et sérum) mes cheveux non pas plus pousser.. j’ai beaucoup de difficulté a se que mes cheveux pousse et je suis malheureusement déçu d’avoir payer cher et d’avoir perdu du temps pour aucun résultat.

J'ai acheté le shampoo, le revitalisant, le serum et le masque de cette gamme bain extentioniste et je suis très déçu ! J'ai entièrement terminé les produits et je n'ai vue aucune amélioration de mes cheveux au contraire ! racine plus grasse pointes sèches aucune nouvelles repousse, mes cheveux ne poussent pas plus vite! en plus d'avoir des bouchons qui se visse dans la douche ce n'est pas évident tenir la bouteille, tenir le bouchon ou mettre le produit quand les deux mains sont prises??....Je suis peut-être difficile mais a ce prix pour des produits haute gamme je suis très déçu. Mon message ne sera surement pas utilisé en ligne mais bon ...Merci de me lire.

half the ingredients are just scents
I would only rate this shampoo as average or fair. When you take the time to look up the actual ingredients the only ingredient that promotes growth is a castor oil. Theres some basic ingredients added in for texture, conditioning, silicones etc but then almost half the list is added for scent. I think its a very basic Kerastase formula with just some new perfumes and castor oil.... nothing special.

De bon résultat
J’utilise ce produit depuis 2 ans env. et mes cheveux n’ont jamais été aussi long. J’ai toujours eu du mal à les faire pousser car ils sont très fin , fragile et pousse très lentement. Ce produit m’as sans doute aider à retrouver une belle longueur, je le recommande. Par contre, il faut tenir en compte que non , il n’est pas hydratant alors ajouter un produit hydratant à la routine est un plus.

Disappointing result
I used the revitalizing shampoo and the extensionist serum for about 1 year and my hair is still the same length. I'm a bit disappointed. I don't know what to do to get a nice length ..

Best brand ever
I struggled with my hair all my life had to wear weave and braids to try and grow my natural hair. Since I stated using resistance i was skeptical that it won't work for my type of hair. I thought it was only for people with growing hair. Since using resistance line for almost a year now i don't wear braids or weave i have full hair health and shoulder length. Canadian winter time no issues my hair is health and I am happy with the discovery I wish that Kerastase could advertise it more because it took me time to discover this brand. Worth every dime!!

I have really sensitive hair, it get damaged really fast but this shampoo saved my hair!! I love it and it really works. For more result I use it with the bain divalent to help balance my oily scalp and my hair has never felt so healty

It works~
I lost around 20-30 hair per hair wash.So, I switched from a drugstore brand to Kerastase two months ago. I purchased Resistance Bain Extentioniste and Serum Extentioniste Scalp & Hair Serum. I lose less hair now (5-8 hair) . I am happy with the result.

Not satisfied with shampoo
I bought the entire Extentioniste line and so far I have used the shampoo and Fondant conditioner twice. Each time, my hair turned out to be frizzier and dryer than before. Perhaps it’s the Créatine that is drying out my hair? Not sure....but will stop using it because my hair looks like hay after each use. I have not used the mask nor the serum yet, but at this point, I will try to return everything to the salon and hopefully get a credit. I also feel the shampoo had stripped my colour. Going back to using Kérastase for Coloured Hair

Not impressed at all
I bought this shampoo as part of the whole new Extentioniste line as the promise to have longer hair in 3 months was exciting. Although the shampoo smells lovely, I have seen no change in my hair in terms of growing any longer than it is. The shampoo was expensive and I feel that it may also be stripping my colour as I don't think it is sulphate free. Don't recommend this and won't buy again.

CHANGED MY HAIR
I’ve been using this line for 3 months now and my hair has never looked, shinier or felt healthier. It’s also grown much faster. I’m so pleased with the results and would recommend Kerastase to anyone.

Not impressed ... yet
So far I must say I am not impressed with this shampoo. I have been using this for over a week now and each time I wash my hair it feels like it is not clean and still oily at the roots. I have tried double shampooing my hair and still the same problem. This is disappointing considering thw price of the shampoo. I will continue to use as I purchased the whole Extentioniste line and want to see if it will give me the results it claims. My opinion of the shampoo may change based on that.
