So fresh and so clean

Great, but small size bottles tend to break.

Each bottle has a punctured hole in the corner after dropping them only once or twice in the shower. We've duct-taped them for use and travel, but we'd be a lot happier if the plastic bottles were more durable.

Smells Awful. Works Great!

Unfortunately I'll need to find a new product now. Coming out of covid, seems a lot of companies change ingredients trying to make up the losses. Regardless, I'm not happy and will return. I did NOT receive this product as part of a sample, loyalty point, coupon or contest but it won't let me submit the form without checking the box saying that I did.

But the last two bottles I've had had a different type of smell it wasn't the same as before, when I first started using it a couple of years ago. It does do good for hydration though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this conditioner. It untangled and hydrates my hair like no other conditioner I have found. It is very expensive, so I’m always looking for something less so that works, but I have not yet been successful. My bottle came with a lid that did snap open. You’d have to screw off the whole lid while slippery in the shower. I complained, and the company promptly replaced it. I appreciate the customer service.

Worth every penny!

But within the first few uses you realize how drastically it improves your hair and it is worth the price considering a little goes a long way. My hair is soft, shiny, manageable. I cannot, will not go back to another condition!

My favorite conditioner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Pureology Hydrate Conditioner for almost 25 years, before it was bought by L'Oreal. The minty fragrance is invigorating and I only have to use a small amount of conditioner (about a dime size) to cover all of my shoulder length hair. The one thing I don't like is that the lid on the bottle is really hard to open. I feel like I'm going to break my nails off trying to flip it up. The old lid that toggled up and down was better. Also, I wish Pureology still sold the old pump dispenser for the large bottles. It's awkward having to pour out of the big bottles and squeezing the sides causes suction inside the bottle, which is annoying to release. Pureology, please sell a pump dispenser for the large bottles.

Great product for color treated hair
