Too Heavy

Great For Frizz Control and Detangling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Pureology Strength Cure Shampoo, Conditioner and Miracle Filler for about a month now, and have been amazed by the results!  I especially like the Miracle Filler, which has proven to be a godsend in helping detangle my long, fine color-treated hair.  As with the shampoo and conditioner, it has a really great floral fruity scent that’s not overpowering, and leaves my hair easy to comb through as well as protect it from heated styling tools.  It’s lightweight, and I use it every day to help control frizz as well.  This is a great product!  I highly recommend the entire trio!

First off, it doesn’t smell at all like the strength cure shampoo/conditioner. The smell is fine but I wanted it to match the shampoo/conditioner because they smell SO good. That in itself was enough for me to never buy it again but it also left my hair sticky and weighed down. My hair felt worse after using it. I would not recommend this. Please come out with a line of products that all smell like the strength cure shampoo/conditioner; I’d buy them all!

Need better spray

Holy Grail Hair Product!

This made zero difference in my hair. Just leaving it sticky, stiff and dry. It really did not protect my hair from heat. I wasn’t a fan. Purology Strength Cure Miracle Filler and overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 stars for a typical average bottle but kudos for the bottle being made with 95% recycled material. 3 stars for a nice floral smell that's not too overpowering. 2 stars for the antifade. I feel that my color still faded at the same rate as any other shampoo I would normally use. 0 to 1 star for the strength part. There was no difference in the amount of hair breakage. The amount of hair I find after showering, brushing, sleeping, etc etc remains the same if not possibly more. I tried the shampoo alone for a week and felt it dried out my hair. After a week I used the matching conditioner. 1 star for the conditioner, it made my hair feel smooth the first 24 hours but cause my scalp to be very oily overnight. I only apply conditioner on the bottom half of my hair. At the start of the third week, I applied the Miracle Filler Treatment. 1 star for the filler. Hair felt very nice at first but by the next day, my hair felt "heavy" and seems to get dirty too quickly. When using the filler, I ended up washing my hair every other day. When using the shampoo and conditioner, I washed my hair once every two to three days. Overall I give this just 1 to 2 stars.

More than a heat protectant!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, a bit about my hair – so, you have a sense of comparison. My hair is straight and fine, but I have a lot of it, and it has been colored for years and years … everything from fashion colors to varying highlights to my current platinum hair. Basically, my hair was damaged, weak, and tired, my ends were incredibly dry, and, at one point, I even had massive breakage (as in clumps of hair breaking off when I brushed my hair – see photo). I have tried, what feels like, every single hair product known to man from supplements to specialized shampoo and conditioner to leave-in conditioners to various oils – you get the idea (you can see some of those products in the background of the photo). So, I was a bit skeptical to try yet another “repair” product, but I am thrilled that I did. I have tried many heat protectants in the past and, to be honest, I wasn’t sure if the products did anything. However, this product did – and I know it was this product because, to properly test/review it, it was the only product I changed. There were several things that I noticed: - When using a straightener, my hair straightened easier – I did not have to run the straightener through my hair as many times as usual. - I also noticed when straightening my hair, the texture of my hair was less frizzy and felt more moisturized. - Using this product, I noticed my hair did not get as oily from day to day between washes – I used far less dry shampoo. - The spray in no way “weighs” down your hair or impacts your styling possibilities – I did not notice a difference whatsoever (which is huge for me).- Oh, and it makes your hair smell amazing due to the blend of pear, rose, and sandalwood. Who doesn’t want a heat protectant that ALSO strengthens and repairs your hair … it really is multiple products in one?

Silky Results

My hair is freeze free when I use the product, hair has so much shine, protects my hair from heat, my colored hair has lasted longer, smells amazing. This is a must product specially if you combined with the shampoo and conditioner. I truly recommend this product and I will definitely be buying another one.

My waves were much smoother and my hair felt a little thicker than usual. I only gave it 4 stars because it seemed to make my hair a little greasy the next day. I don’t like washing my hair everyday so I only use this a few rimes a week but I would definitely purchase this in the future.

Light & Nourishing

Multiple Uses Best with Heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product in multiple ways. Mostly because I have wavy/slightly curly hair that I don't always heat style. It did work to set my curls although it weighed them down slightly (not more than any other curl cream). Where this product really shined was as a heat protectant. Usually when I straighten my hair it will smell like burning I didn't have any of that. My hair didn't feel course, or like straw afterwards As an added bonus the product smells great itself and my hair smelled wonderful all day.

Pricey for a hair protectant spray but good qualit

I personally think there are other affordable products out there that does the same thing at a fraction of the cost. Shine is divine!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pureology strength cure miracle filler treatment is a great heat protecting leave in hair treatment. It left my hair feeling soft and manageable instead of dull and frizzy like before. I found that spraying this heat protectant into the palm of my hand, rubbing it in between my hands and then applying it to my towel dried hair worked the best for me in order to evenly distribute this treatment. This heat protector has a slight tacky consistency that completely disappears after application. I would highly recommend this hair protectant treatment along with the shampoo and conditioner for best results.

Pureology Strength Cure Miracle Filler protects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Along with Pureology Strength Cure shampoo and conditioner, I received a complimentary sample of Pureology Strength Cure Miracle Filler. I usually let my hair air dry and then use a curling iron or flat iron. I skim a hairdryer for fear of damaging my hair any further since I color my hair. I notice that Pureology Strength Cure Miracle filler helps protect hair when you use heat. Let’s face it, before I sometimes used to smell burning hair when using hot irons. Now I don’t. This spritz actually seems to seal your hair from heat. It also says it helps protect your chemically colored hair. Leaves it silky after using the flat iron. Smells pretty too.

Smooth, frizz-free hair!

Pro Tip Needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As much as I wanted fall in love with the Pureology Strength Cure Filler, like I did with the shampoo and conditioner, it just wasn't for me. And pause right there. I started writing my review before I saw the pro tip for thin hair, which is to rinse out after combing it thru towel dried hair. That single tip changed everything for me. My hair is thin from bleaching it blonde and in need of repair. This entire line had allowed me to strengthen my hair and make it look fuller. With the pro tip for the filler, this entire Pureology Strength Cure line is 5 stars across the board for me. They have also gained a new loyal customer from this experience because I was in desperate need of help. Thanks influenster and Pureology!!

makes my hair very sticky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really haven't noticed any difference in my hair other than the stickiness I can't really use it and go outside because my hair looks extremely dirty it does have a nice smell and I like the fact that it protects my hair from the heat is easy to apply the packaging is nice and pretty but I do believe that the price point is too much unless it works on somebody else's hair differently and doesn't leave the sticky residue but I would not repurchase definitely

A Good Leave-in Product
