Fresh and less oily!

I LOVE this serum! I have tried others from Kérastase, but this is my favorite one. I have very fine hair that gets oily within one-two days after wash. This serum prolongs my time without a wash, smells great, and leaves me feeling refreshed! Came back for seconds because I must have it in stock for weekly use!

Great Product!

The only note I would have is that the opening is a little tight and when you put the pipette back in, some of the serum sticks to the screw cap, if you're not careful.

Great Product

Out of the blue I had a terribly itchy scalp. I deep conditioned a few times, stopped shampooing and finally used different products from my usual but nothing helped. After using this for about 10 days my itchiness is gone! I was concerned it might make my hair oily but it didn’t. Not only did it help my scalp it increased the volume and shine of my hair. I didn’t think the fragrance was too strong but someone with a sensitive nose may. Overall a great product!

Smells amazing!

I absolutely love this product. I wish they made this in a perfume. Scent is amazing and it helps dry scalp issues. I put it down the part of my hair and on both sides of the scalp. Then I massage it into the scalp. I was having issues with small dry flakes from dry scalp. I noticed a huge difference the first time I used this product and now have no dry scalp issues. I use once to twice a week and I would def recommend it.

Nice product, but not a cure

I ordered this serum to help me combat a dry, itchy and flaky scalp from seborrheic dermatitis. I think it helps, but it isn't a miracle product. Some positives about the serum are that it truly doesn't make your hair look greasy (I was skeptical) and that it smells lovely.

Did not help

I was very hopeful for this product as I have a few friends who use it and love it. But, it honestly made my scalp worse. My hair was more oily just a day after washing and using it. I used it on wet hair and air dried. If there’s a better way to use it I’d love to try.

My least favorite Kerastase product

It gave my sensitive scalp relief right away I didn’t use as much as the directions say maybe two doses . The scent is overpowering not my fave . I may not be able to continue using it because of the scent it reminds me of the scent of hairspray. Kind of gives me a headache I will be washing it out tonight . Glad I got it at a discount .

I purchased this product because I’m prone to dandruff. My scalp is dry and always irritated. After watching vlogs and tried several tips and tricks, I came across this product and thought of giving it a try. Finally, after a month of using it. I noticed I have less oily hair and scalp. The best hair serum I've tried

I had tried a sample when my scalp felt sensitivity. I was surprised how it soothed immediately and left my hair looking great. I went out and bought a full bottle. Does not interfere with hair color or keratin. Great product!

Amazing product

I have been using this product for about a year and a half now. I started using it when I went to my hair dresser after frying my scalp. I already had an issue with dandruff but the chemical burns on my scalp made it so much worse. She recommended me this product to help with the dryness and over production of oil. It has worked absolute WONDERS on my scalp. One bottle typically lasts me about 4-6 months. I use it every time I wash my hair, which is about 2-3 times a week. Purchase!!

Poor application design

Squirting the thick gelly-like product through the oversized glass tube unto my hair is a poor product design. The product ends up on my scalp and at least one inch of my hair shaft It's a messy process. At a minimum, the tip should be a soft sponge-like tip. I don't know if the product works because the application design is so poor; I only used the product 3x -sporadically, and I said I wouldn't use it again each time. It does feel cool going onto the scalp.

I’ve used this product 2 times now. the application method for this serum is challenging. The serum is so thick, it’s hard to get it where I want to go. Scalp is already improving - like all products it works. I just wish I could apply it easier.

Soothing for scalp

I suffer from itchy scalp. When my scalp is bothering me I put this on the itch spot and go to bed and by morning it does not bother me anymore. I don’t care what it smells like although I don’t really think it smells bad like other reviewers. It just does what it says it does.

I was hoping to love this product but sadly it leaves my hair a little oily after it dries. I bought the recommended treatment for oily hair and it’s been about 2-3 weeks and I’m not sure it’s helping. I won’t be buying this again.

I think it’s actually working, as my hair fill fuller. No itching, much less oily scalp on the second day. Smells good. I let it stay on my scalp for about 5-10 min before drying, so it penetrates deeper.

I really wanted to love this product, but sadly, it did not live up to my expectations, perhaps I did not use it per the listed directs, but frankly who washes their hair every single day! It has a lovely texture and a gorgeous smell, and although it lessened my scalp sensitivity, it did not not get rid of it!

Le pack est en verre assez lourd et très luxueux, un plus ! Je l'ai utilisé tous les jours pendant 1 semaine et je n'ai pas vu de "vrai" résultat (peut-être parce que je n'ai pas vraiment un cuir chevelu à problèmes). L'utilisation est très agréable, il sent bon et laisse un effet frais à l'application. Par contre, j'ai suivi les instructions et j'avais vraiment l'impression d'utiliser trop de produit : la texture est censée être complètement absorbée et ne pas graisser ou coller; je me suis réveillée avec des résidus par endroit en racines donc vraiment pas top. Sur les autres jours, j'ai laissé posé tel quel 2h avant de me coucher et j'ai fini par sécher au sèche-cheveux pour régler le problème. A voir pour des personnes concernées par des problématiques de cuir chevelu à apaiser, mais je ne rachèterai pas.

I apply this after a shower because I feel it's easier to section on my scalp with damp hair than dry and I can rub it in easier then brush it out, it leaves my scalp feeling clean and fresh and I can definitely tell a difference when using it, my head isn't as itchy and looks more balanced. I noticed more shine and volume and my hair just looking more healthy. It does take a lot though and the bottle isn't too big so it won't last long but overall is easy to use, smells great and I feel it gives off great results.

After about a day or two of not washing my hair I develop scalp pain. I also have very oily scalp. I used this as instructed the very first time at night and next morning no scalp pain!!! Instant relief!

That is until I found this product and well let me say this is a game changer! Upon application I felt instant relief to my very dry sensitive scalp. It almost left a cooling sensation which felt amazing. Perhaps my favorite thing about this product however is the fact that it does not leave an oily buildup on the scalp. I was able to apply this serum daily and I usually don't wash my hair for 3 to 4 days and so I was worried that I would be left a grease ball but was pleasantly surprised when I realized that the serum absorbs into the skin nicely and was virtually undetectable even after multiple applications. The smell is wonderful, the packaging is luxurious and the product does exactly what it claims to do. If you're suffering from scalp sensitivity I would absolutely recommend this!!

Ultimate hydration

My scalp tends to get very dry and itchy, with using this on a regular basis I could definitely tell a difference. It significantly cut down on the itching after just the first use. Just be careful when applying because a lot can come out fast but you can instantly feel cooling on the scalp and it's rephresing.

Good product, GREAT smell

In general, I avoid anything like oils or treatments because I have trouble keeping my hair clean, it gets oily super fast. This treatment feels wonderful. I feel that my hair is way more hydrated and it just has a way better texture. I have a bunch of grey hair and they feel different that my normal hair, and with this product they were kept at bay and they feel less stiff. I think it makes a difference when I use it. It is like a gel and your hair looks wet for a while after applying. I also feel that the recommended amount was not enough to get my entire scalp, so I had to use a bit more product each time. It looks like it's a lot but I used it for a couple of weeks and I'm halfway through a bottle, so keep that in mind.

Really hoped for better

Le geste fraîcheur pour mes cheveux

[Cet avis a été recueilli en réponse à une offre.] J'avais une petite appréhension avant l'utilisation de ce produit, comme j'ai les cheveux fins j'avais peur qu'il ne les alourdissent mais c'est tout le contraire. Sa texture fraiche et son parfum d'agrumes en font un vrai geste plaisir le matin, le cuir chevelu est plus sain et ne me gratte plus. J'adore !

noticeable difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have been using this product 3x a week for 2 weeks and i can say i notice a difference. i have very sensitive scalp and if gone unwashed for 2 days hurts form how heavy my hair feels. this definitely helped balance my scalp. it feels less greasy and better to the touch., it doesnt pain me to brush it. will continue to use for an extended time to see even better results.

Scalp so soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This left my scalp and even my hair feeling really soft! I have sensitive skin and it didn't bother me at all. It smells really good, but I am a little worried about the amount of fragrance. Overall, im happy with it!

Really good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Keratase Potentialiste hair and scalp serum, and its fantastic, the bottle is a perfect size, the serum is not grease at all, I have since tons of result in about 2 weeks of using, my scalp its in a so good treatment feels like a spa all days. My scalp defenetly its more healthy . And my hair looks more healthy and shine.
