Awful - made my hair dry brittle and tangled
I have highlighted blonde hair, that as far as bleached hair goes, is on the healthier side - not a fried situation here but of course I have a level of dryness on my ends and I'm always on the hunt for the best conditioners/masks. I've been using the Resistance Mask for many years and love it so I thought I'd give this one a try as well...I don't know how its possible, but this Therapiste Mask is the worst product I've ever put on my hair. It makes my hair incredibly dry and tangled - I cringe just thinking how much breakage my hair is going through just trying to brush it out after using this mask. I really don't understand it.

Soft hair magic

My hair is so soft

Less breakage therefore longer hair
I use this as pre-shampoo and as conditioner and I noticed less hair loss in the shower and afterwards while drying and styling my hair. It does not weigh my hair down either, so is one of my favorite products.

This mask is a life saver and the whole line has changed my life. I recommend this to anyone with EXTREMELY damaged hair. This is not for lightly damaged hair. You will excperience weigh down and all the moisture will probably change your hair texture. My hair is naturally curly and was damaged from bleaching from black box dye to bright blonde, then dyed back brown twice bc the first time the stylist made my hair a horrible burgendy color not chocolate brown like i asked...thr blonde process took over a year. Then add all the heat damage. My hair is breaking off and i want to try to salvage my length. First let me say...if you have curly hair...do not go blonde. It will kill your curls and you will have to constantly straighten your hair ending up with crunch fried lengths...not even split ends. I love Kerastate and decided to try the extremely damaged hair line. My hair is so damaged that protien treatments wont work...its past that point. So i did not excpect it to work so quickly. Ive used it twice and my hair is already soooo much more manageable and soft. I use the shampoo and leave it on my hair for 2 mintues, then use the mask. I love the mask but it doesnt act like a conditioner on my hair so i wash the mask out after 15 mintues then use Oribe hair alchemy conditioner, leave it on for 2 mintues and rinse...but if they had a conditioner with this line i would use it. After that i spray my hair with Matrix protien builder, then use the kerastase extreme length and damage serum( smells sooo good and works even better). After, i apply the kerastase damage repair heat protection cream and oribe blow out cream, blow dry on low heat at the roots til 80% dry...then use my revlon blow out brush on LOW...its waaaaay to hot to use on high. It will fry your hair. I probably caused alot of thr damage with that tool using it on wet hair and on hot. Make sure yoir hair is 80% dry. On dry hair i will also apply the serum before bed and wear a bonnet. Then to style while.dry i use Moroccanoil heat protection spray. And then i will use kerastase hair oil, the gold bottle. I also bought a boars hair brush from amazon. This all has saved my hair so far. I have so much more less breakage. I want to put my routine out there for people in my postion that want to try to save their length or are struggling with horrible crunchy damaged hair. I do not recommend this line to people that have fine hair or thin hair. Its really for folks with fried hair. And yes, its all very expensive, but it works for me, so im willing to pay. The line smells very good to me. Its got a fresh clean scent. No musk smell and thats a huge plus for me. I highly recommend this to people with extremely damaged hair that need it to slow down on breaking. If you are considering cutting off yoir hair bc of damage, try this first. It might save your length. Kerastase, thank you so much, you have made me smile again when it comes to my hair and you have given me my confidence back. You have saved my hair life!

Worth Every Penny!
This is nothing but a miracle mask. From the first use, I noticed a change in texture, lustre and elasticity that resemble the Loreal C salon treatments from back in the day. Very noticeable results from the first use! Just make sure you give it the 5 minutes your hair deserves for this to deeply work and do its magic. Combined with the Therapiste Shampoo, the Aura Botanica Oil Mist before drying, and the Elixir Ultime Rose hair oil, my hair has turned from brittle and dry to luscious and soft. As I said: worth every penny!

Honestly, I don't usually leave reviews, I'm too lazy, however I confess that I read them if I'm interested in buying something and I based my decision on the most eloquent ones and today I was encouraged to do the same for those that are looking for something real and great!!! - I suddenly decided to go blonde and bleached my fine hair twice. Yes 😢!! ! It's a long story, but my hair was completely damaged, I was about to cut it all off completely, but anyway I first wanted to look if I could fix it a little and after spending so much money, I found this product, I barely used it today for the first time, the change is visible and completely incredible!!! Of course I still need patience and time, but yesterday I felt my hair like a scouring pad to wash the dishes and today it looks and feels different, yesterday I was embarrassed and ended up making a bun, the ends looked brittle, with many split ends, When I touched it, pieces of hair fell on my work desk, it looked fried, burned. Yesterday, as soon as I received my order, I thanked God for this product. I regret having spent so much on other conditioners and hair masks from all the famous brands, which left my hair soft but didn't fix anything. Now I see and believe that I made a good decision and I see my hair that will soon be much better, healthier, and stronger, even because I am in the middle of menopause and hormones do not help much to have extremely healthy hair.

Not for my hair
I got this along with the shampoo and it left my hair feeling so greasy. I felt it as I washed it out in the shower but thought I would give it a chance. I was blow drying my hair and it still looked wet and felt like there was a wax on top. I love kerastase so it doesn’t reflect on them as a brand probably just wasn’t good for my hair. I showered again and clarified my hair and it felt back to normal.

Smooth and silky

Healing to breaking damaged hair
I have been using this once or twice a week for about 3 weeks now, so I feel ready to leave a review. I think this is healing my broken, fragile blond hair of its extreme damage. I have tried a lot of products trying to mitigate damage but I think kerastase is something you just need to bite the bullet and do when you're really dealing with fragile hair.

It is a mask for damaged hair so if your hair is dry (but not damaged), you might not love this mask as much as me. It is a product I cannot live with out. Highly recommend!!! Love this mask! It saved my hair that was damaged due to coloring it and also always drying my hair with heat. My ends were extremely dry and didn't look smooth but after using this mask, they look normal. It also made my hair feel softer than an olaplex mask. For me, it works better than olaplex. I don't use this as a treatment, I use it after every shampoo as a hair conditioner. Even with this frequency, it lasts a long time because it is a thick mask so you don't have to use very much.

Was recommended for damaged hair due to processing and this did not help. I have fine thin hair and this weighed my hair down significantly. Bought the whole line and was big waste of money. Even when I did use just in the ends, didn’t see much difference. First experience with their products and unfortunately my last.

This product is terrible, don't buy it.
My hair is weak, over-processed and dry. After using this mask, it is weaker, dryer and it stripped the color out of my hair. My hair is now in worse shape than before I used it. If I could give this product NO stars, I would. I have used Kerastase for years and am extremely disappointed. This product is terrible.

Love this product
Having been using this for the last couple of years. Makes my hair so soft and smooth. I have trouble with dry ends and my hair is very fine. This doesn’t weigh my hair down and the hair is very healthy looking after using this product with the balm in shampoo. Slightly strong scent but otherwise I can’t recommend it enough.

Amazing!!
This has changed my fine, damaged hair into beautiful, strong and healthy. I’m so glad that I decided to go back to using Kerestase products. This mask will repair your hair no matter how damaged it is. It took my about two months of using to completely turn my hair around. I did use this along with other Kerestase products but I feel this has definitely contributed to helping it repair itself.

Strong smell with little help
I ordered this mask due to my hair being damaged from multiple highlights. I was very hopeful, unfortunately the product did not deliver. I applied the treatment in shower once and also to towel dried hair overnight. After sleeping overnight with the treatment I noticed no visible result. I love Kerastese products. The rating for this product is due to price and result.

Best hair mask on the market
This is by far the best hair mask - my hair gets severely damaged and dry whenever I highlight it and this mask has always revitalized it back to normal. I’ve tried other luxury options but keep coming back to Kerastase - and the fragrance is divine.

Strengthening and nourishing
During the pandemic I let my hair grow very long. I love it, and this Kerastase line has made a noticeable difference in reducing breakage and strengthening my hair. I use many of the Kerastase masks, but this one is my go-to for my long hair!

TRANSFORMED MY DAMAGED HAIR into healthy hair agai
This is the only mask that was able to save my chemically cut hair which had a sort of bubble gum texture when wet after several sessions of bleaching. It’s very important to understand that this mask will not make your hair soft RIGHT AWAY. It will get a little stiff in the beginning but that means it’s working. First Therapiste will reconstruct the hair, giving its body back, it’s like a house, first you work on the structure of the house, making sure it’s foundation is strong and firm, then in the end you paint it and it gets nice and glossy, for the glossy part, which is more on the exterior, superficial part of the hair, you can use the Orange line that is for Nutrition. But if your hair is really damaged, I’d use Therapiste a couple of times first following with the Orange line afterwards. This mask is wonderful and really works. If your hair is in such a bad condition like mine was, I’d suggest not washing it very often but when you do, use Therapiste after shampoo and try not to blow dry your hair for a few weeks if that’s possible for you. That will give your hair time to recover better.
