Blond Absolu Masque Cicaextreme by Kérastase is an intense conditioning Hyaluronic Acid hair mask for post-bleached hair. If you have just lightened or highlighted your hair, it is highly sensitized and requires deep post-procedure care. The rich gel-in-cream is enriched with Hyaluronic Acid and Edelweiss Flowers Extract to reconstruct post-bleach hair, reduce split ends and enhance the resilience of the hair fiber. IN-SALON PROTOCOL
1 – BATHE
Start with the application of Bain Lumière (to hydrate hair fibers) or Bain Ultra-Violet (to neutralize brassiness). Apply directly on the scalp. Develop foam & perform the 3 gestures of the Kérastase Massage. Rinse and repeat.
Tip: Bain Lumière can be used in duo with Bain Ultra-Violet, as the first shampoo.
2 – TREAT
Based on your diagnosis, and depending on how much time the customer has, apply Fusio Dose or Cicaflash.
- Mix the Blond Absolu Concentré + Cicablond Booster. Apply Fusio Dose on each strand on lengths and ends. Detangle, no leave-in time, rinse immediately.
OR
- Take 2 pumps of Cicaflash and apply on lengths & ends with a brush. Massage, and twist. Leave it on for 3 minutes. Add water & emulsify. Rinse thoroughly.
3 – HYDRATE & PROTECT
Just like with skincare, you can layer 2% Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum with Huile Cicaextreme or Cicaplasme, to seal in the hydration, for ultimate repair.
On towel-dried hair, hydrates scalp & fiber with 2% Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Apply up to 7 pumps on scalp section by section, spread by massage. Apply up to 13 pumps on fiber, depending on hair lengths.
Protect hair up to 450°F with Cicaplasme or Huile CicaExtreme. Put a small amount of the product in your hand. Apply section by section throughout lengths. Don't rinse. Blow dry.

Must-use conditioner after blonde highlights!
I keep up regularly with Getting platinum blonde highlights in my dark blonde hair. Using this conditioner, along with the gentle shampoo (in the same line) is essential to my hair after highlighting. It gives my hair the hydration. It needs after highlighting. I will use this for almost a couple of weeks after my highlights are done and my hair looks healthy and shiny. Not dry and brittle. If you get highlights, this conditioner, along with the shampoo, are necessary to keeping your hair healthy IMO

I'm in love with Kerastase, especially this Blond Absolu line. I have every product in this line. It makes it possible for me to achieve the perfect ash blonde hair that looks healthy, shiny, and natural. Great conditioning and manageability
I have been using this mask as an all over conditioner and my hair has never been more softer and manageable. Since I have somewhat curly hair, it tends to get dry especially with the use of a blow dryer and flat iron. This mask is very nourishing but does not weigh my hair down. Horribly drying
I bought this a couple of months ago and decided to give it a try. It is one of the worst hair masks I’ve ever used. I’m in love with the shampoo, regular conditioner, night treatment , and serum from this line so I was excited to give the mask a try. I have thick highlighted hair, that’s in pretty good condition. I followed the directions , applied the mask and it would not penetrate my hair. I attempted to come it through and it gave my hair a straw like texture. I tried it again on two more occasions and There was no difference. It made brushing my hair after the a shower a nightmare as if left me with giant knots. Super disappointing because I love all the other products from this line.

Makes damaged hair SO soft
This mask is one of the best I've tried. I have bleached blond hair that's very dry. I use this mask as often as I can because it's the only thing making my hair soft and shiny. It needs to be left on a while. I've tried it as a conditioner only (left on just 1 min or less), and it's not the same at all. For me, 8-10 min is key.

This product smells like flowers. Some may like it, for me it wasn’t my fave. But overall it’s a great product. Makes your hair feel super smooth and shiny!

Cicaextreme mask
Softer and brighter after 1st use used after the blond shampoo and conditioner. I was impressed by all 3 products this brand lives up the the reputation it’s actually worth the price my hair actually looked pretty after drying. Tried Orbie (disappointing) tried olaplex (not impressed and a bit of a product overload and time consuming)

Masque
My favorite hair masque I can’t live without. My hair got its own mind and it’s not always pretty. There are phases where i have knotty hair. No tiny individual knots but a knot twisted in 5 other knots and this is the only hair masque I can get them out with it. So it’s not only hydrating but also detangling. A true life saver :)

Hands down the best hair care conditioner
Awesome conditioner but I use it once every 3 washes because it’s expensive and sometimes you need to change it up so that your hair stays happy and I use the lighter conditioner in between and as we age our hair changes and we need to change up our products to keep our hair happy.

This stuff works. My hair is thin and fine and bleached. This makes my hair soft and more manageable. I use one time a week. I use hot tools daily.
