[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in Florida and the water is extremely harsh on your hair because it is hard water and your hair could look crazy and unmanageable and after only one use of this product, you could definitely tell the difference. It is expensive, but it’s well worth it I just wish I could afford it more than I can.

What happened?

The PERFECT Shampoo!

The Shampoo lathers wonderfully and provides good slip even without using the conditioner. A family affair!

Purelogy hair products have been my “go to” for at least fifteen years. Absolute Perfection

While shampooing, I can feel the crunchy hairspray being removed from my hair and my hair strands quickly becoming cleansed to a soft texture. Very difficult to open 9oz shampoo bottles

I deducted a star because I can't get the lid open on the 9oz bottles of shampoo and conditioner! The lip on lid is recessed, and especially with wet hands, it is a battle every time I shower. When they changed the colors of the bottles, the lid changed as well. I actually bought bottles of shampoo and conditioner from different stores, to see if lids were any different. They were not. PLEASE redo the lid.
(I also did not receive a sample. I was unable to review without checking the box-another thing that should be corrected.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this shampoo! I'm sure I've never used the word love to describe my feelings for any shampoo, but this one really checks all the boxes. My hair looks the best it has ever looked, with the exception of the days that someone in a salon styles it. And the wash lasts longer than other shampoos. I only have to wash my hair every 3rd or 4th day with Pureology, which is a bonus because I have long, thick hair.

Hair Loss

I don’t lose 1-2 strands when I comb my fingers through my hair, I’m losing small chunks. Truly, don’t buy this. I am starting a hair regrowth serum. Striped out my golden highlights
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to keep my hair a golden strawberry blonde color and thought with the formula meant to preserve color it would be a good choice. There is nothing in the description stating that it is also a toner to tone down golden effects.

Made my hair dry like STRAW
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So upsetting. My hair is ruined by this “hydrating” shampoo and conditioner. I literally cannot even get my fingers to run through even an inch of my hair. It was falling out as I brushed it after shampooing/conditioning. Dry as a bone., separating, cannot even brush it. I need to get to the store immediately for a leave in conditioner to “try” to solve my problem which I’ve NEVER encountered before
