Who is it for?

Great leave in product for curly hair

The cap, container needs improvement.
The only issue is the container. The hair cream is "slippery"and the screw cap top on the bottom of the container is a pain. If only they made this with a flip top cap, or even such a small purse size that would be portable, refillable, and have an easy to use cap!

makes a difference
My hair stylist recommended this product to me. It makes SUCH a difference. I use it with Gelée Curl Contour Gel-Cream and the combo really defines my curls. The curls also hold over night which doesn't happen without using these. It has a mild tropical smell. While not my go-to scent, I like it. It's not overpowering.

If your hair is course and frizzy, get THIS!
This is soooo good for softening my thick, coarse (really wirey), curly hair. I have never found a product that controls frizz like this! It can relax loose curls so probably best for medium to tight coils.

good cream but terrible old lady smell
They changed the smell years ago and I can't understand why. It went from a fresh citrus smell that got me LOADS of compliments to smelling like an old lady musk. Whoever is in charge of fragrance is doing the devil's work here. Why change it to make it worse?

Amazing
I have never used a hair cream like this. It moisturizes my hair without buildup, which is very important to me because I have low-porosity hair. It's the only thing preventing my hair from feeling prickly at night. My hair feels soft and is not greasy. This is the only product that has worked on my hair.

Je me met le produit sur cheveux mouillés des racines jusqu’au pointes, une fois que les cheveux sont séchés ça peut faire un peu carton je passe juste ma main dedans et là hop chevelure de rêve… même le lendemain matin les petits cheveux de bébé sont domptés . Merci kerastase.

I love this product! I have fine wavy curls. This doesn’t weigh my hair down. It produces nice curl patterns. I can use a diffuser or let it air dry & receive beautiful results. My newest staple
It's been a constant search to find the ONE product to obtain manageable hair without a heavy coating. I have waist length, fine, wavy to soft curly natural gray hair that I prefer to air-dry as it's more prone to split ends and breakage when I do a blowout, even with heat protection products and using a cool air setting or the lowest heat setting on a flat iron. So, this product is exactly what I needed for achieving the light texture with body and more defined shiny waves and curls while combating wispy fly aways and flat roots. I'm so glad I found this!!

Light weight and didn’t leave my hair crunchy!
I couldn’t be happier! I’ve struggled to find curly hair products my entire life, most products either leave my hair frizzy and dry or weighed down and oily. After using the Curl Manifesto Bain Hydration Douceur Shampoo as well as the Fondant Hydration Essentielle Conditioner my hair was super soft and light-weight. I then used the Crème De Jour Fondamentale leave-in and defused it and my curls were so bouncy and soft!
So, a little about how I style, after rinsing the conditioner out I typically wrap my hair up in a t-shirt because I find using towels makes my hair frizzy. After leaving my hair up for a few I take it down and just apply the leave-in generously just combing it through with my fingers. After that I flip my head down and start scrunching away. Then I defuse it! My hair was so bouncy, soft, and hydrated! It didn’t leave it crunchy or oily what so ever! It also smells so good and continues to smell amazing throughout the day, even after sleeping! I couldn’t be happier honestly. ❤️

J'ai acheté ce produit en remplacement du soin oleo curl qui me faisait vraiment de jolies boucles légères et bien hydratées. Malheureusement, ce produit ne fait pas un aussi bon travail , il a tendance à faire un effet légèrement carton et l'odeur est forte, bref il est loin d'égaler l'ancien ce qui est dommage. Je suis contrainte d'utiliser en plus une mousse si je souhaite avoir des boucles bien définies. C'est dommage ! Rendez nous oleo curl !!

Not for my hair
I'm sorry to write a negative review, but this creme made my very naturally curly hair lose its curl and life. If it helped it to lay flat, I wouldn't mind. But instead my ends look like messy straw. I like a leave-in conditioner that brings out the curl and even ringlets. This is the second time I've used it. I hoped that I did something wrong the first time and tried a different technique the second time.

Works well when used with my other curl cream
I use Creme De Jour Fondamentale Hair Creme with another product together, and the two work fantastic to really separate and define my thick, shoulder length hair. I have the type of hair that isn't coily curly, but I have full curls and I also need products which will add moisture to my hair, while not weighing it down. I use the entire line of products, but I really use the Creme De Jour the most, as it's consistency allows me to utilize it which other brands if I choose and it works very well with them, or on its own. I also like the fact that when I air dry my hair, the curls are loose but not too loose, and hold their curl for days - not kidding! I have had times when I will have really beautiful curls for up to three straight days and they literally have kept their shape from day one - that's pretty impressive.
I just recently went on Kerastase's Subscription Service, which I think is a great option if you want to utilize products on a regular basis, as you can choose when and how often you wish to purchase your products; and also save money; which now a days I think everyone can agree, is a good thing!

Not as nourishing as Discipline Oleo-Curl Creme
I bought this cream to replace Discipline Oleo-Curl Creme which seems discontinued.
I bought this cream bc I couldn't find the Discipline Oleo-Curl Creme anywhere online. While I saw more curl definition, It didn't seem to control the volume. My hair was bigger/puffier than when I used other Kerastase curl creams. Also the smell reminds me of the coconut car freshener which I am not a big fan of. I miss Discipline Oleo-Curl Creme!

Acheté et testé récemment, je craignais que sans mousse les cheveux ne soient sans volume. Résultat avec un séchage au diffuseur: beau volume boucles magnifiées, et... cette odeur! Le top!

Not so sure about this one. IT'S GREt don't get me wrong but what is the difference between this & the gellee? This one offers a little less hold. I'll keep using it as I love anything Karastase but I've yet to figure out it's place in my routine.

Not as expected
I had been thinking of buying Kerastase products for a while but was holding back because of the price. I broke down and bought the curl manifesto shampoo, leave on conditioner and gel... My hair is curly, but not with tight curls but soft ones...It's ok but not as great as I thought it would be, the frizz is not all gone, the curls not as defined as I hoped... maybe I chose the wrong product? I will give it more time but so far not as thrilled as I hoped to be

La série Kérastase Curl Manifesto ne vaut pas l'ar
Je n'ai pas pu voir d'effet spécial sur mes cheveux bouclés dans cette série et ça sent comme de simples produits à base de noix de coco.
Kérastase Discipline Oléo Curl a donné à mes cheveux un effet que je ne pouvais voir dans aucune autre marque. Mes cheveux sont disciplinés, des boucles distinctes et un parfum très agréable.
Cette série n'a jamais remplacé la série Kérastase Discipline Oléo Curl La série Kérastase Discipline Oléo Curl me manque.

Great product
Makes my curls really defined and holds up even in stronger winds. Only downside is that it makes my curls a little crunchy but maybe I am putting a little too much in my hair still.

Effet gel plutôt qu'hydratant
Je suis très déçue de la gamme Curl Manifesto. La crème de jour n'est pas du tout hydratante. Elle a plus un effet gel qu'hydratant. Les produits de cette gamme rendent les cheveux poisseux dès la 1ère utilisation. De plus, par pitié, arrêtez de croire que lorsqu'on a les cheveux de type "exotique" on veut sentir la noix de coco et le monoï. L'odeur est entêtante et couvre mon propre parfum. J'ai acheté le masque, la crème de jour et le refresh absolu, je regrette bien mon achat. Je regrette tellement la crème élixir ultime qui elle avait un vrai pouvoir hydratant
