Quality issues
The shampoo came separated so first use the product was clear like water. Usually it is creamy white. For such a premium product this should not happen.

Longtime fan of Kerastase
I’ve used this stuff forever and I love it. Makes my hair soft, silky and manageable without weighing it down. Yes it’s pricey but you don’t need a lot. I can get it at my salon but the auto shipment is so very easy and convenient. I’m wary of buying from other well known online retailers as you don’t really know what you’re getting.

Conseille par mon coiffeur pour mieux hydrater mes quelques cheveux blancs. Je suis blonde et je ne fais pas de couleur. Ils sont vraiment très doux et le bain ne graisse pas les racines. Également moins de frisottis. J'utilisais un autre produit Kerastase avant mais celui ci est vraiment super. Un peu cher mais il dure longtemps car comme tous les produits de cette marque il en faut très peu par utilisation.

Disappointed with new formula

Cela fais des années que j'utilise les soins kerastase pour mes cheveux et je n'ai jamais été déçu. Je ne peux pas utiliser autre chose que Kerastase. Surtout quand j'ai les cheveux long, j'ai toujours des compliments sur la douceur de mes cheveux, la brillance, et le fait qu'ils ne soient aps abîmés. Pourtant j'utilise les appareils pour lisser et bouclé mais je fais tout pour les entrenir. Cette game nutrive est vrmt bien. J'ai pas apprécié la game rose et violette.

Like shampoo but please read review
I really like the shampoo but I gave it a 3-star for design of the bottle. The first time I used it, as soon as I squeezed the bottle to put shampoo in my palm the plastic ring at opening came off and a large amount of shampoo went straight to the floor of my shower. I did chat with customer service in case anyone else had this issue. Not sure the person I spoke with seemed to care much. I don't know if this is a flaw in the design or if I just had a defective bottle but it is too expensive to lose that much first time using. I have taken off the plastic ring so I don't lose anymore of this liquid gold. But it is a good shampoo!

Good Basic
It has a clean soapy mild inoffensive fragrance. It smells like shampoo and not like aftershave. So if you hate the strong, acrid, synthetic fragrances in toiletries, you can trust this. It’s a basic good shampoo.

Balanced and Effectual
I love the lather on this shampoo. My hair is highlighted, finely textured, but dense (as in a lot of hair on my head). This shampoo rinses clean, isn't heavy, but nourishes my stressed hair. And as we all expect from Kerastase, smells wonderful.

I am shocked! Love kerastase but after receiving a keratin treatment went to double check the shampoo was sulfate free- thinking it’s a 30 something bottle of shampoo it should be, wrong! The second/ third ingredient. Very upsetting and time for a change from this company at these prices

The Rolls Royce of Shampoos!!!
I was beyond thrilled when I found out Kerastase still exists. I used it many years ago in Germany and was so in love with it I would travel over an hour by train just to purchase the liter bottles. I used the Nutritive Bain Satin 2 and now I ordered the Bain Satin 1 because I don’t color or heat style my hair any longer. I opened the bottle and immediately smelled the familiar scent I have so missed. I have waist length coarse thick hair and still only need to lather once with a quarter sized amount. I don’t even need a conditioner or serum, my hair feels, smells and looks healthy and shiny. I’ll definitely be continuing with this shampoo, I have tried many high-end products but nothing measures up to Kerastase. The deep conditioner from the Nutritive line is also amazing!!! I’ll be ordering that for a once a week deep conditioning treatment.

Great for clean, asian hair
Really like how this shampoo leaves my hair very clean from the natural oiliness and other products that weigh it down. I used to struggle with my fine, straight, thick hair losing volume basically as soon as it dried, and found out that many shampoos and conditioners were leaving residue behind and weighing it down. This shampoo has been excellent in washing out well and returning some of the natural lightness and volume to my scalp. Turns out quality is important!

Excellent All Around Basic
This is an excellent basic moisturizing shampoo for my fine slightly frizzy color treated hair. I use with the matching light conditioner and the leave in primer. Performs well, with manageability, softness and fullness. It does not weigh the hair down. My hairdresser, who bleaches it with highlights, is impressed with it's great condition.

Bain Satin I is my go to alternative shampoo
I regularly use the Blond Absolu shampoo for my gray hair, but I like to change it up periodically and use another one. I have used Kerastase products for over 10 years (cannot live without the Original Hair oil) and I remembered how nourishing the Bain Satin shampoos were in the past. This purchase gives me the option of highlighting my gray hairs, while also moisturizing ing another way. Win, win!

So Disappointed
I was so excited when this arrived and I really wanted to love this product, but sadly this product did not work for me. It has an overwhelming scent that smells like Ponds Cold Cream. This shampoo left my hair very dry with tangles and did not feel soft at all.

My hair looks and feels good
I’ve been using this product for only about a week now and I like it so far. It doesn’t seem as moisturizing as I was expecting but it’s still nice. I was surprised to see dimethicone as an ingredient, since I’ve read that it can build up on hair overtime.

Overwhelming smell
As someone who gets migraines frequently and has a super sensitive nose, I knew I had to return as soon as I opened the package. The scent is overwhelmingly floral and not subtle. Really disappointed and SO wanted to love this but the smell was too bad.
I can’t speak to the quality of the shampoo however! Love other products this just didn’t do it for me.

Love this shampoo. I wash my hair twice each time. The second rinse...oh it feels so clean and just like I left a salon. Feels amazing to have this experience every time!

A perfect shampoo
I have a lot of fine hair and I have used this shampoo for a few years now. It does not weigh my hair down and leaves it clean and shiny.

Used for more than 25 years
I have been using this shampoo for more than 25 years. It is amazing! I have tried others but this is the one for me. I swim everyday and my hair is long so you can imagine....

Pretty bad
I was really excited to try this product. Unfortunately my hair became SO tangled after washing it -- I had to use two leave in conditioning products just to brush my hair and unfortunately experienced much more breakage than usual as a result. Ended up throwing this product away after two uses.

Doesn’t disappoint
Got this following arrival of my third baby, hair was fabulous and glossy all through pregnancy and now hair has lost some hydration so resorted to Kerastase to boost the health of my hair. Going to order a conditioner now too to compliment the shampoo

Clean w/o stripping

Perfect Everyday Shampoo
LOVE this shampoo! I have very fine hair so a lot of shampoos that add moisture weigh my hair down too much, but this one is perfect. Smells great, I think it’s a pretty neutral smell and isn’t too strong. It adds enough moisture back into my hair in the winter but works for summer too. Such a good everyday shampoo! My hair is so much more soft, shiny and smooth since I started using it.

Disappointed in that product
I started losing hair and my scalp got very sensitive and itchy. I never had these type of issues using different brands. Not worth it

Silky and Light

Not what it used to be
Whatever happened to the old formula? This used to be my go to shampoo (for nearly 20 years!). My hair feels dry and fly away after using this (and I have very thick hair). Additionally, it took nearly 3 weeks for delivery.

Greasy

Rich Shampoo Designed For The Rich Consumer
Awesome fragrance, super moisturizing, but over-priced. The formula is rich, and you don't need to use a lot. It's also low-foaming, so you don't need to add more shampoo to get it to lather. I love this shampoo and, for me, it's a luxury that I splurged on, but to be honest--even though it's from L'Oreal, it's not worth the hefty price tag.

Long lasting shampoo
This shampoo is amazing! You don’t need to use a lot at one time. It keeps my hair clean and I don’t have to wash it as often. My hair absorbs all the nutrients like a sponge. It smells wonderful!
